Charter and General Information

I. The purpose of <Intervention> is to explore endgame content efficiently among friends in a manner respectful and fair to the friends who make up the guild.

II. Organizational structure. <Intervention> shall consist of 5 officer ranks. GM, DKP lead, Raid Leaders, Raid Assists and Recruiting Officer. Membership shall be broken into two levels: Veteran and Initiate. No alts will be admitted into the guild.

A. Veteran. As a named veteran of <Intervention>, you are guaranteed loot by role privileges. You are expected to attend raids regularly. You are required to state guild raids you will not be available for. Three missed, unnotified, raids in the course of one month will be grounds for reprimand, including, but not limited to, DKP subtraction, demotion, or removal from guild.

B. Initiate. As an initiate of <Intervention> you are expressing your interest in membership as we evaluate your skills and fit within <Intervention>. In the event of an opening within veteran ranks, the intention is to fill that position from the initiate ranks. Further, initiates may be substituted for "farmed content" in the intention of gearing an up and coming member. Initiates should log in raid ready for time of raid and communicate regularly with officers.

III. Expectations. As a member of <Intervention>, your expectations are as follows:
- Spec your toon for the content we are part of
- Show up for raids
- Be prepared for raids in terms of consumables and item enhancement (enchants, glyphs, etc)
- Contribute to overall guild progression and guild goals
- Work well with your guildies in a positive, drama free manor
- Conduct yourself in a manner that reflects positively on all of your guildmates
